After the 12-month free software warranty period, if customers require it, we will provide annual maintenance services with an estimated cost of 20% of the total initial contract value per year.
Alternatively, for on-demand troubleshooting, the cost would range from 500 USD to 1,000 USD per incident per day.
The CRM software maintenance service includes:
- Resolving software issues when the customer’s server encounters problems.
- Updating program source code in case of technical errors during usage (if any).
- Providing and updating the latest software patches within the maintenance period.
