KPI Management on CRM Software

When creating a new KPI set, it is important to mark key attributes with asterisks (*) as required fields that should not be left blank. You can add a group of employees or customize the selection, and remove employees from the set if necessary.
- KPI Details
For KPI details, filtering, searching, and data statistics are essential functions.
The software will filter the necessary information, such as:
– Time period (this week, last week, this month, last month, etc.), or a specific date range selected from the calendar.
– Filtering by employee account groups.
– Searching for job title or employee account name.
The data is then displayed in the form of a chart along with a statistical table at the bottom, showing the relevant numbers.
