Managing orders on CRM
Order management is the process of tracking the status of orders and managing various stages to complete them. Therefore, order management plays an extremely important role in every business. This process is closely linked to the supply chain activities of the business and directly impacts revenue and company expenses. Each business can choose different forms of order management depending on the scale and nature of its business operations/store.
